Permitted and Restricted Areas
Registered pet dogs are permitted in designated guest rooms and approved outdoor areas of the property.
Pet dogs are not permitted on casino floors or in other restricted areas. Only qualifying service animals are permitted on casino floors, in accordance with applicable law.
Emotional support animals that do not qualify as service animals under applicable law are subject to the standard pet policy, including applicable fees and restrictions.
Pet Supervision and Guest Responsibilities
- Dogs may not be left unattended in guest rooms.
- Dogs must be kept under control and leashed in outdoor areas where appropriate.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs and properly disposing of waste.
- Guests must prevent excessive barking, disruptive behavior, or aggressive behavior.
- Guests should coordinate with the front desk regarding housekeeping service when a dog is present in the room.

Unregistered Pet Dogs
A $250 unauthorized-pet charge per incident may be assessed when an unregistered pet dog is found in a guest room, subject to applicable law and the hotel’s disclosed terms. This is a one-time charge per incident, regardless of the number of unauthorized pet dogs involved.
Documented damage or additional cleaning costs may be assessed separately when applicable, without duplicate recovery for the same loss.
