Thank you for choosing The New Pioneer. These hotel policies are provided to help make your stay comfortable, safe, and enjoyable. Please review them before and during your visit.
Reservations & Cancellation
Room cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before arrival. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a fee equal to the first night’s stay.
Reservation terms may vary depending on the rate, promotion, package, or booking channel used. Please review the terms provided with your reservation.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Late check-out may be available upon request and may incur an additional fee. A $5 administrative fee will be added at check-in.
Registered Guests & Occupancy
For statutory, fire, and safety requirements, only guests who are properly registered are permitted to reside at The New Pioneer, participate in hotel activities, or use hotel facilities.
Please make sure all guests staying in your room are properly registered. Linen is provided only for booked guests.
Smoking Policy
The New Pioneer is a non-smoking property.
Smoking in a guest room will result in a $250 cleaning fee.
Tampering with, disabling, covering, or otherwise interfering with a smoke detector will result in a $500 fine.
Pet Policy
Dogs are allowed with a $75 non-refundable cleaning fee.
Undeclared dogs are subject to a minimum $250 fee.
Service animals are exempt from applicable pet fees.
Guests are responsible for any additional damage or excessive cleaning caused by an animal.
Room Damages & Missing Items
Guests are responsible for the condition of their room and its contents during their stay. Damage, excessive cleaning, or missing items may result in additional charges.
Damage and missing-item charges are subject to a minimum charge of $250.
Personal Belongings & Vehicles
The New Pioneer is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings or vehicles. Guests are responsible for securing their personal property and valuables during their stay.
Payment & Guest Responsibility
By completing the guest registration process, the guest accepts responsibility for all charges associated with the stay, authorizes payment using the payment method provided, and accepts responsibility for damages, missing items, cleaning charges, fees, and other applicable charges.
Guests also agree to comply with The New Pioneer’s hotel policies and accept responsibility for charges incurred by members of their party.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that respects other guests, employees, hotel property, and applicable laws. The hotel reserves the right to address conduct that creates a disturbance, threatens the safety of others, damages property, or otherwise interferes with hotel operations.
Privacy & Communications
The New Pioneer values your privacy. We may occasionally send updates or special offers by email or mail. If you prefer not to receive promotional communications, please let us know.

Booking & SMS Communications
We will not share or sell subscriber information with 3rd parties for their direct marketing purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
By selecting the Check Box on The Bookings Check Out Page, guests agree to receive marketing SMS.
Guests may receive an SMS prior to, during, or after their stay with us.

Policy Changes
Hotel policies, fees, and requirements may be updated from time to time. The policies applicable to your reservation and stay are those in effect at the time of your stay, unless otherwise stated in your reservation terms or required by law.
