To perform all essential functions related to food preparation for the restaurants and foods for special functions. Ability to maintain kitchen stock, maintain proper rotation of perishable product and maintain acceptable production levels as required by the needs of the business. Prepare garnishes; including vegetable flowers, melon carvings etc. used on buffets, brunch and special functions.

Responsible for ensuring maximum guest service and satisfaction to all slot guests in an assigned area according to slot department policies and Gaming Regulations. Verifies jackpots, machine tilts, guest change transactions. Ensures that slot machines are monitored for full capacity operation. Ensures the casino floor maintains a clean, orderly and welcoming appearance at all times. Must be 21+ years of age.

Accountable for the installation and maintenance of all CCTV equipment and repairs. Sound/music system, PBX Paging. Able to lift 50 lbs. and move 25 to 80 lbs. while climbing, bending, reaching or kneeling. Able to do multi-cable pulls and bundle cables. Must be able to work in tight spaces. Responsible for performing video camera observations to safeguard the company assets. Responsible for keeping record of work performed and able to produce accurate reports on various activities and issues for senior management. Ensure systems are in compliance with all laws and regulations. Must be 21+ years of age

Responsible for the thorough and accurate receiving of deliveries to the property. Accountable for the timely and accurate filing and delivery of requisitions, stocking and rotation of warehouse inventory, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area. Also responsible for the inputting, tracking and reporting of transactions assigned. Must be 21+ years of age.
