Minimum two-year’s experience and prior knowledge of all liquor including wine and beer. May be required to lift kegs and cases of beer.  Effective communication and customer service skills required. Able to work different shifts as business requires. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to patrons directly or through wait staff. Collect money for drinks served. Follows department procedures for complimentary drink policy.  

Provide quality service in all areas of the outlet to include, but not limited to, hot and cold menu items, desserts and coffee beverages to standard recipes, courteously and efficiently to guests according to company standards in a fast-paced environment. Handle cash register transactions accurately. Follow all Health Department and other state, local and federal regulations.

Ability to properly cook all line food items as designated in a timely manner, knowledge of temperatures, all menu items and presentation. Maintain all sanitary procedures as required by health regulations.

Accountable for creating a pleasant dining experience for all guests by taking and serving food and beverage orders efficiently and courteously. Able to push and/or pull, lift and/or carry up to 20 lbs. above and below shoulder level. Previous experience required.

Front desk experience is preferred. Greet customers; perform check-in and check-outs. Room assignments based on special requests and needs of guests. Work closely with the housekeeping department for guest requests and issues. Handle all monetary transactions. Handle room discrepancies and other issues. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Perform multiple job duties; clean the casinoassist with banquet setup & break down; perform light maintenance, basic understanding of all related cleaning tasks, equipment, and chemicals. Able to lift 50lbs.+, Must be 21+ years of age. 

A Security Assistant Supervisor oversees Officers who protect and ensure the safety of employees and guests. In addition to administrative functions, making job assignments and briefings, the Assistant Supervisor monitors staff by patrolling with them. The Assistant Supervisor is also responsible for monitoring the electronic surveillance equipment used on premises. Previous Security or Military background desired, proficient in oral and written communication skills. Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. Must be able to obtain First Aid, CPR Certification, and Nevada CCW. Must be 21+ years of age.
