Ability to properly cook all line food items as designated in a timely manner, knowledge of temperatures, all menu items and presentation. Maintain all sanitary procedures as required by health regulations.

Front desk experience preferred.  Greet customers; perform check-in and check-outs.  Room assignments based on special requests and needs of guests. Work closely with the housekeeping department for guest requests and issues. Handle all monetary transactions.  Handle room discrepancies and other issues. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Prepare guestrooms for our guests and deliver customer care service during their stay according to established minimum standards. Basic housekeeping abilities are required and must be able to handle physical and environmental demands.

Great Customer Service skills. Ability to welcome guests efficiently and courteously. Prior experience as a Cashier and working in a food service industry. Food Server experience is a plus.

Perform multiple job duties; clean casino and kitchen areas; assist with banquet setup; perform light maintenance, basic understanding of all related cleaning tasks, equipment, and chemicals. Able to lift 50lbs.+, Must be 21+ years of age.

Perform basic maintenance work under the supervision of an experience maintenance engineer. Entry level position requiring general knowledge of preventative and safety maintenance for building repairs.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledgeable of Stratton Warren purchasing system. Excellent Microsoft office experience; knowledge of spreadsheets and inventory control systems. Assist purchasing Manager with projects as required. Knowledge of fork-lift operation a plus. Valid driver’s license and Nevada Health Card.

Previous Security or Military background desired, proficient in oral and written communication skills. Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. Must have a valid driver’s license and able to obtain First Aid and C.P.R.Certification.

Monitors all activities with special attention to Casino Floor. Capable of operating all Surveillance equipment, including but not limited to Camera viewing software, DVR’s, monitors, and recording equipment. Provide footage and documentation including complete and detailed written reports of activities as requested. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
