Stock bar with liquor, beer and supplies. Clean bar area to ensure all sanitary requirements are met. Train with Bartender to learn all phases of position. Work as Bartender during busy bar periods.
Balance revenue of all gaming departments, hard count, and soft count. Microsoft word and Excel experience. Perform any combination of routine calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining accounting records.
Minimum two-year’s experience and prior knowledge of all liquor including wine and beer. May be required to lift kegs and cases of beer. Effective communication and customer service skills required. Able to work different shifts as business requires. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to patrons directly or through wait staff. Collect money for drinks served. Follows department procedures for complimentary drink policy.
Clear tables in dining room expediently for guest to be seated. Keep dining room clean, stock supplies and ensure all areas are sanitized. Able to communicate clearly and provide good customer service.
Customer service oriented. Create a pleasant experience for all guests by taking and serving beverage orders efficiently and courteously. Able to interact with the customers in a friendly, outgoing, hospitable, polite and professional manner. 1 year minimum experience preferred. Able to work any shift as needed. Able to lift and/or carry up to 20 lbs.
Ability to properly cook all line food items as designated in a timely manner; knowledge of temperatures, all menu items and presentation. Maintain all sanitary procedures as required by health regulations.
Oversees all operational and personnel/training processes of the Restaurant, provides customer service and problem resolution; 2-3 years minimum experience in restaurant operations and supervision. Must possess highly effective organizational, communication and leadership skills with the ability to train and coach line employees.
Expediter communicates food orders between front and back of house, making sure food is cooked in the right order with proper presentation, served timely and at correct temperatures. Must also insure the line is always stocked, neat, clean and safe. Must be able to lift and carry trays 50lbs.+
Accountable for creating a pleasant dining experience for all guests by taking and serving food and beverage orders efficiently and courteously. Able to push and/or pull, lift and/or carry up to 20 lbs. above and below shoulder level. Previous experience required.
Front desk experience preferred. Greet customers; perform check-in and check-outs. Room assignments based on special requests and needs of guests. Work closely with the Housekeeping department for guest requests and issues. Handle all monetary transactions. Handle room discrepancies and other issues. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Prepare guestrooms for our guests and deliver customer care service during their stay according to established minimum standards. Basic housekeeping abilities are required and must be able to handle physical and environmental demands.
Great Customer Service skills. Ability to welcome guests efficiently and courteously. Prior experience as a Cashier and working in a food service industry. Food Server experience is a plus.
Provide guest room attendants with supplies; count distribute clean linen; pick up trash; move or add furniture; keep linen room clean and stocked, and vacuum when needed; clean stairway, banisters, light fixtures, and windows; clean elevator; keep walk ways clean and change light bulbs.
Perform multiple job duties; clean casino and kitchen areas; assist with banquet setup; perform light maintenance, basic understanding of all related cleaning tasks, equipment and chemicals. Able to lift up to 50lbs.+
Perform basic maintenance work under the supervision of an experience maintenance engineer. Entry level position requiring general knowledge of preventative and safety maintenance for building repairs.
Proactively greet and assist customers with all Slot Club functions including new enrollments with a positive and friendly guest service approach. Have effective communication and listening skills. Computer and typing experience preferred.
To perform all essential functions related to food preparation for the restaurants and foods for special functions. Ability to maintain kitchen stock, maintain proper rotation of perishable product and maintain acceptable production levels as required by the needs of the business. Prepare garnishes; including vegetable flowers, melon carvings etc. used on buffet, brunch and special functions.
Previous Security or Military background desired, proficient in oral and written communication skill ls. Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. Must have a valid driver’s license and able to obtain First Aid and C.P.R.Certification.
Previous floor/money handling experience preferred. Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. at a time from jackpot/fill bank to machine. Able to constantly walk through assigned shift while working on the main floor.
Sous Chef is accountable for the quality assurance of all finished products and supervision of all food production ensuring specifications and standards are satisfied as well as all back of the house food prep and kitchen service in restaurant.
Warehouse Clerk is responsible for accurate receiving of deliveries. Accountable for timely and accurate filling and delivery to Departments, inputting, tracking and reporting transactions. Stocking and rotation of warehouse inventory, maintaining cleanliness and organization. Does require some heavy lifting. Forklift operation safety certification training in Department.
